Job Summary: The Teamcenter Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing Teamcenter PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects. The role involves project planning, stakeholder management, delivery oversight, team coordination, risk management, and ensuring successful adoption of Teamcenter solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

- Lead end-to-end Teamcenter implementation, upgrade, rollout, and migration projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Client Management
- Collaborate with business users, engineering teams, and leadership.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into project deliverables.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.




- Coordinate with Siemens Teamcenter consultants, vendors, and third-party partners.

Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including Teamcenter developers, administrators, architects, and business analysts.
- Assign tasks, track deliverables, and mentor project members.
- Ensure adherence to project governance and quality standards.

Technical Oversight
- Understand Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and integrations.
- Oversee integration projects involving:
- SAP ERP
- NX CAD
- Creo
- SolidWorks
- MES and other enterprise applications
- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Quality & Governance
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Track project KPIs and deliverables.
- Ensure proper documentation, testing, training, and deployment plans.
