Shift: Break Shift The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and coordinating daily vehicle dispatch operations. The role includes planning and assigning vehicles for dispatch, coordinating with drivers and field teams, ensuring timely vehicle movement, maintaining dispatch records, tracking vehicle status, and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and monitor daily vehicle dispatch operations to ensure timely dispatch.
2. Plan and allocate vehicles based on daily operational requirements.
3. Coordinate with drivers, pickers, helpers, and field teams for smooth vehicle movement.
4. Resolve day-to-day dispatch issues and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
5. Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to dispatch targets and operational processes.
6. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all dispatch-related activities and documentation.
7. Support the hiring, onboarding, and deployment of current drivers,



pickers, helpers, and field staff as per operational requirements.
8. Track and monitor the attendance of drivers, pickers, helpers, and field staff, and ensure regular and accurate attendance records.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Operations, Logistics, Management, or a related field is preferred.
2. 1–2 years of experience in vehicle dispatch, fleet operations, logistics, or a similar role.
3. Good understanding of vehicle dispatch and field operations.
4. Strong coordination and team-handling skills.
5. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and maintaining operational records.
6. Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
