Role Description This is a full time on-site Teacher role based in Soro. The Teacher will plan and deliver lessons aligned with academic standards and organizational goals, using engaging and inclusive teaching methods.

Responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, facilitating classroom learning, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will support students in skill development, maintain a positive and safe learning environment,



and collaborate with colleagues and coordinators on curriculum improvement and enrichment activities. The role also involves participating in parent or guardian communication, school events, and ongoing professional development to enhance teaching quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering structured learning in classroom settings.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Training skills to design effective learning activities and support diverse learner needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage students, collaborate with colleagues, and interact with parents or guardians.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; relevant teaching certifications or licenses are an advantage.
- Experience teaching school-age learners or in academic coaching centers is preferred.
- Ability to use basic digital tools and educational technology to support instruction.
- Strong classroom management, patience, and a learner-centered mindset.
