About Live2.ai

Live2.ai is building an AI-native Social Content & Campaign Intelligence OS for global consumer brands — helping them monitor, audit, reason over, and activate intelligence across social content, influencer campaigns, UGC, and commerce. We're scaling from ~30 to 100+ people, split roughly 40% Technology/Product/AI, 40% GTM/Sales/CS/Partnerships, and the balance across ops, finance, and delivery — with GTM teams across Europe, US, SEA, and India.

The Role

This is a builder's role focused entirely on talent and hiring. You'll own workforce planning and recruitment end-to-end — building the pipelines, processes, and hiring engine needed to scale a high-calibre AI/tech organisation and a global GTM org, working directly with founders.

What You'll Own

- Talent strategy & workforce planning — translate the business plan into hiring plans by function, geography, and seniority; build vs. hire vs. contractor decisions
- Tech & AI talent engine — build pipelines and sourcing for AI/ML, engineering, data, and product talent in a highly competitive market; strong understanding of technical hiring
- Global GTM talent — build sales, CS, partnerships, and regional leadership teams across India, Europe, US,



and SEA; understand comp benchmarks, employment models, and hiring norms in each market
- Recruitment engine — own it end-to-end: sourcing strategy, structured interview processes, hiring scorecards, and recruitment metrics/dashboards
- Agency & ATS management — manage hiring agency relationships and the applicant tracking system
- Hands-on hiring — personally source, evaluate, and close candidates for senior or difficult-to-fill roles
- Candidate experience & employer branding — build Live2.ai's talent messaging and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire

Ideal Candidate

6–8 years of experience, with:

- Track record in high-growth SaaS/AI/tech companies, ideally hiring through a scale from ~30–50 to 100–200+ employees
- Strong hands-on recruitment capability, including senior tech and GTM hires
- Ability to build pipelines across India, Europe, US, and SEA
- Comfort evaluating technical (AI/ML/engineering) candidates alongside GTM candidates
- Direct founder/CEO stakeholder experience, ideally through a Series A/B growth stage
- Ability to move fluidly between a single critical search and building a scalable, multi-geography hiring engine

Qualifications

- Postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution
