Talent Acquisition Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, primarily for Sales and business-critical positions, while ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, experience, communication skills, CTC, notice period, and motivation.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely movement across interview stages.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ATS records.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Track offer-to-joining and ensure effective pre-joining engagement.




- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as hiring TAT, source effectiveness, interview conversions, offer-to-join ratio, and position ageing.
- Work closely with HRBPs and business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Support recruitment drives, bulk hiring, campus hiring, and other TA initiatives when required.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing processes.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Valuable stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with targets and meet hiring TAT.
- Strong negotiation and candidate closure skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
