About The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience across the recruitment lifecycle. This role is primarily focused on Talent Acquisition, with an opportunity to work closely with the HR team and hiring managers.

The internship will initially be for 3 months, with the possibility of an extension up to 6 months or conversion to a full time role based on performance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Screen profiles based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment data.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Assist with interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer-related coordination.
- Support the HR team with basic recruitment reports and hiring updates.
- Assist with a limited amount of HR Operations work whenever required.

What We’re Looking For





- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant course.
- Candidates with an academic or internship background in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment are preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
- Most importantly, someone who is genuinely interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
