Talent Acquisition Specialist / US IT Recruiter
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai – Onsite
Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST | Monday–Friday
Experience: 1–3 Years
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / US IT Recruiter with experience in sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for US staffing requirements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of US IT Recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of Boolean Search & candidate sourcing
- Understanding of W2, 1099, C2C and US work authorization
- Experience with Oorwin, Zoho, Ceipal or similar ATS platforms
- Valuable understanding of IT technologies and job requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
