Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
- Support the team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
- Prior internship or experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
