Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within Retail, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, QSR, or Consumer businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring while partnering closely with business leaders to build high-performing teams that support our growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates across corporate, retail, culinary, commissary, and operations functions.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
- Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry partnerships to attract talent.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify quality candidates in competitive markets.

Stakeholder Management





- Work closely with department heads and business leaders to understand workforce requirements.
- Provide regular hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders.
- Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts.

Employer Branding

- Support employer branding initiatives across social media, job portals, and industry networks.
- Represent Foodstories at recruitment drives, hiring events, and campus engagements.
- Help position Foodstories as an employer of choice within the hospitality and retail ecosystem.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports.
- Monitor key hiring metrics including TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, efficient, and candidate-friendly.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Prior experience hiring for Retail, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, QSR, Consumer, or Lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Solid sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience working with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and execution excellence.
