? We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Executive! ?

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Delhi. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle, connect with top talent, and help shape our growing organization. If you have at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, we want to hear from you!

? Role: Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Sourcing: Actively headhunt and build candidate pipelines across non-IT domains (Operations, Sales, Support, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare, etc.).

- Multi-Channel Candidate Acquisition: Leverage portals and platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Foundit, internal databases, and company referral networks.

- Screening & Assessment: Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, domain expertise, communication, and salary expectations.

- Interview Logistics:



Coordinate and schedule interviews with key stakeholders and follow up throughout the candidate lifecycle.

- Offer & Engagement: Assist with negotiations, offer rollouts, document checks, and candidate engagement to maintain low offer-drop ratios.

- Reporting: Maintain clean candidate tracking sheets and update ATS/recruitment databases regularly.

Requirements

- Minimum 6+ months of experience in Non-IT recruitment.

- Hands-on proficiency with major job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Foundit, internal candidate databases, and careers portals).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

- Open to working full time from office (Bangalore or Delhi).
