Role Description The Surveyor Engineer role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Surveyor

Engineer will conduct land and site surveys, including measurements, leveling, and layout work for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

Responsibilities include using surveying instruments and software to prepare accurate site plans, setting out alignments and reference points, and coordinating with project engineers and site supervisors. The role involves verifying dimensions, monitoring elevations during construction, maintaining survey records and reports, and ensuring work complies with design drawings and relevant standards.





The Surveyor

Engineer will also support quantity estimation, boundary identification, and resolve on-site measurement-related issues in collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications

- Strong surveying and civil engineering fundamentals, including knowledge of measurement techniques, leveling, and setting out procedures.
- Proficiency with surveying instruments (e.g., total station, auto level, GPS equipment) and basic familiarity with CAD or survey software.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, site plans, and construction specifications with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good documentation and reporting skills to maintain survey logs, measurement records, and coordinate data.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying from a recognized institution.
- Experience in construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in field-based survey roles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineers, site staff, and contractors.
