The Supply Chain

Manager will collaborate with project management, operations, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and availability of equipment and supplies at global trial sites. Daily activities include monitoring supply levels, resolving logistics and regulatory issues, optimizing warehousing and distribution processes, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting. The role also involves developing and refining supply chain strategies, managing vendor relationships, and continuously improving processes to support study timelines and cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Demand Planning skills and the ability to forecast clinical supply needs accurately.




- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess Supply Management capabilities, including supplier coordination and logistics oversight.
- Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excess.
- Candidates should possess Procurement experience, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or clinical trial supply chains is highly beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements related to clinical trial supplies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
