Role Description The Student Enrollment Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end enrollment process for students engaging with Promilo’s education-related offerings and partner institutions. This in office role, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, involves guiding students through inquiry, counseling, application, and admission stages, while ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

The Student Enrollment

Manager will manage daily communication with prospective students and families, conduct information sessions and counseling calls, maintain accurate records in enrollment systems, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet enrollment targets. The role includes monitoring leads, following up promptly,



preparing reports on enrollment performance, and contributing to outreach strategies that expand Promilo’s student network. The position also requires continuous process improvement to enhance conversion rates and support organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong student counseling and enrollment management skills, including experience handling inquiries, guiding applicants, and closing admissions.
- Proficiency in communication and relationship-building skills to engage with students, families, institutional partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work with CRM or enrollment management software, maintain accurate databases, and generate clear, data-driven reports.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, prioritize follow-ups, and meet enrollment timelines and targets.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and online platforms used for outreach, presentations, and information sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or student services is preferred.
- Capacity to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, collaborate in a team environment, and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
