? Hiring: Senior Sourcing Specialist | Gurgaon

NIIT is looking for an experienced Senior Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana.

? Experience: 4+ years overall | Minimum 3 years in Sourcing/Procurement/Commercial Management

? Industry: Learning & Training / Services Sourcing

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Key Responsibilities

- Own customer requirements and identify the best training suppliers globally across Europe, USA, APAC and other regions.
- Manage the complete sourcing and procurement cycle, including RFI/RFP/RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting and delivery.
- Drive cost savings, supplier rationalization and continuous improvement.
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking and supplier quality assessments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global training suppliers.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Vendor Management and other cross-functional teams.
- Manage training logistics and end-to-end administration through LMS/CRM platforms.
- Support Face-to-Face, Virtual and E-learning training requirements.
- Manage supplier governance and ensure timely delivery within agreed SLAs.




- Work effectively across different global time zones and international markets.

? What We're Looking For

✅ 4+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years in Sourcing, Procurement, Purchasing or Commercial Management

✅ Solid experience in international/global sourcing

✅ Excellent commercial negotiation and supplier management skills

✅ Experience in the Learning/Training industry is a strong advantage

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Experience with market analysis and supplier benchmarking

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

✅ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and CRM tools

? Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA/B.Tech preferred
