Role Description The Store Manager role at Kalanya Fashions Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring merchandise is presented according to brand standards. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and handling escalated customer issues.

Manager monitors retail loss prevention measures, prepares sales and performance reports,



and collaborates with management on promotional activities and store improvements.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, and sales floor organization.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including monitoring shrinkage and enforcing security procedures.
- Experience in retail or fashion store operations, with prior supervisory or team lead responsibilities preferred.
- Ability to meet sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work flexible retail hours as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
