Role Description The Structural Engineer will work full time in office at the Hyderabad office, contributing to the analysis, design, and review of structural systems for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing structural calculations, conducting structural analysis using software tools, and preparing detailed design documentation and drawings. The role involves coordinating with civil engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet safety standards, codes, and client requirements.

The Structural





Engineer will review and interpret project specifications, support the preparation of technical reports, and participate in design reviews and site queries. The position also includes collaborating on design optimization, value engineering, and continuous improvement of internal design processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with a solid understanding of relevant codes and standards.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Analysis and Calculations, including load assessment and design of structural elements.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing and reviewing structural drawings and models.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience with structural design software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000) and familiarity with Indian and international design codes is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
