Podar Education Network is looking for passionate and technology-driven STEM Educators to inspire young learners through Robotics, Electronics, IoT, Embedded Systems and Programming.

Location - Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra

Job Role: The STEM Faculty will be responsible for teaching, mentoring and guiding students from Std. I to VIII across various Podar International Schools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver STEM education through organization-developed STEM modules.
- Teach Robotics, Electronics, IoT, Embedded Systems and Programming.
- Guide students in developing creative projects for National & International Competitions.
- Conduct practical, hands-on STEM activities and experiments.
- Visit different Podar schools at multiple locations across Maharashtra.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Train and support internal and external school staff on STEM modules and technologies.
- Encourage curiosity, innovation, problem-solving and design thinking among students.

Educational Qualification:

- UG: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. – Any Specialization
- PG: M.E. / M.Tech / M.Sc. / MCA – Any Specialization

Required Skills & Knowledge:





- Good knowledge of Science up to Std. XII.
- Proficiency in basic programming languages such as C / C++.
- Basic understanding of Sensors, Microcontrollers (MCU), Robotics and Embedded Systems.
- Practical knowledge of Electronics and hardware components.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Passion for emerging technologies, innovation and STEM education.
- Ability to engage, mentor and inspire students from Std. IV to VIII.
- Willingness to travel to different school locations as required.
