Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following or a closely related technical discipline:

- Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Computer Science or Information Technology
- Robotics, Artificial Intelligence or Data Science
- Engineering or Technology

Candidates with a different academic background may be considered only if they possess strong and demonstrable professional experience in technical STEM education, including areas such as Electronics, Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, or hands-on STEM facilitation.

- Technical & Professional Competencies Candidates should have: Knowledge of Electronics, Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, Computer Science, Design Thinking, or related STEM areas.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot STEM kits, hardware, software, and electronic components.
- Enthusiasm for STEM education and hands-on learning.
- Ability to teach and mentor students with effective classroom management.
- Clear, age-appropriate communication and good teamwork, organisation, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in STEM teaching, technical training, school education, or working with children is preferred.

Key Responsibilities




- Deliver hands-on STEM sessions aligned with the 2nd Foundation curriculum.
- Conduct experiments, coding, prototyping, and problem-solving activities
- Prepare, manage, and troubleshoot STEM labs, kits, materials, and software.
- Monitor student engagement, learning, and progress.
- Mentor students for exhibitions, competitions, demonstrations, and innovation projects.
- Coordinate with schools, teachers, and academic, technical, and operations teams.
- Maintain session records, feedback, inventory, and field documentation.
- Participate in training, reviews, assessments, and professional development.

Work Requirements
- Ability to conduct multiple sessions, handle STEM equipment, relocate to assigned schools, and travel within India as required.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with the central team.
