Role Description - One vacancy in Each Geographical State of India

Helping the Organisation to create a Robust Distribution Network in the Geography and derive Business Productivity and Profitability as a Profit Centre Head.

Responsibilities

# Create Channel Presence across the assigned Geogrpahy and ensure width and depth of distribution

# Follow up with Leads Given and Appoint Distribution Channel Partners in the entire State/Region assigned

# Manage,



Mentor and motivate the Territory Sales Managers and the channel to extract Desired Productivity

# End to End Responsibility of Business Profitability in the Geographical State/Region

# Planning and Implementation of GTM, Marketing and Product Strategies for the Geography assigned

Desired Person

# Minimum 40 Years of Age with pure FMCG / telecom Sales background

# Minimum 15 Years of Sales & Distribution / Channel Sales with having contacts and ability to onboard Distribution Channel Partners in the Geography

# Should have an entrepreneurial mindset with a penchant to build the business and grow alongwith it

# Should have been out of Job for atleast 3 months period and should be Ready to Join Immediately

# Should be ready to work on a Zero Fixed pay and Ultra High Variable pay Model

# Tech Savvy and Go getter who is ready to work without any inhibitions to build the business

# Must be Hungry to earn big financial rewards by putting efforts on the ground
