- Solid experience in Statistical Programming
- Hands-on experience in TLF (Tables, Listings & Figures) generation
- Good understanding of clinical trial data and clinical research processes
- Experience in Safety and/or Efficacy Programming
- Strong knowledge of clinical domain and regulatory standards
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
