Role Description The Staff Nurse is a full time, on-site role based at the CK Birla Hospital facility in Patel Nagar. The role involves delivering direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, administering medications, and carrying out prescribed treatments and procedures.

The Staff

Nurse will support physicians and senior clinicians, prepare patients and equipment for diagnostics or surgery, and ensure accurate documentation of nursing care in medical records. Daily responsibilities include educating patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions, maintaining infection control and safety standards,



and participating in multidisciplinary rounds to coordinate care.

The Staff

Nurse is also expected to contribute to quality improvement initiatives, follow hospital protocols and clinical guidelines, and provide compassionate, dignified care to all patients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and basic life support.
- Candidates should possess skills in infection control, adherence to safety protocols, and management of medical equipment and supplies.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and counsel patients and families.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple patients, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Candidates should hold a recognized nursing qualification (GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent) and valid registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Candidates with experience in tertiary-care hospitals, exposure to advanced procedures (including robotic or minimally invasive surgery), and familiarity with electronic medical records will be preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to ethical practice, compassionate care, continuous learning, and adherence to hospital policies and national clinical standards.
