Are you a high-performing Sales Development / Inside Sales professional who loves outbound prospecting, building pipelines, and mentoring the next generation of sales talent?
AIONOS is looking for a Sr. SDR to join its growing team in Gurgaon and play a key role in building its US GTM motion.
? Location: Gurgaon
? Experience: 3–5 Years
? Role: Sr. Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR)
? What You’ll Do
- Own outbound prospecting through calls, email and LinkedIn
- Target India-based GCCs and their US parent offices
- Qualify prospects and book high-quality meetings for GTM Leaders
- Build outreach cadences and qualification frameworks such as BANT/MEDDIC
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies
- Work closely with GTM Leaders and domain specialists
- Mentor junior SDRs and help build the SDR team
? What We’re Looking For
✅ 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Development
✅ Experience mentoring or training early-career sales professionals
✅ Strong understanding of ABM, demand generation and outbound prospecting
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM,
sales engagement and marketing automation tools
✅ Excellent communication skills and confidence in cold-calling senior stakeholders
✅ Adaptable to future opportunities requiring collaboration during US working hours.
✅ Experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
✅ Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting tools such as Clay, Apollo AI or Regie.ai
