Role Description This full time hybrid role, based in Bengaluru, is for Senior SAP Consultants specializing in SAP FI and SAP SD. The position involves leading SAP FI and SAP SD implementations in India and Overseas, enhancements, and support activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing. Daily responsibilities include analyzing business processes, mapping requirements to SAP functionality, managing master data setups, and ensuring seamless integration between SAP modules and external systems.

The consultant will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to provide expert consulting, resolve complex issues, and deliver high-quality documentation and end-user training.



The role allows for a combination of on-site collaboration in Bengaluru and some work-from-home flexibility, while requiring proactive communication and ownership of deliverables.

Qualifications

- Strong consulting skills with the ability to understand business needs, advise stakeholders, and translate requirements into SAP FI and SAP SD solutions.
- Solid analytical skills for problem-solving, process analysis, and performance optimization within SAP environments.
- Hands-on experience in designing and improving business processes related to finance (FI) and sales and distribution (SD).
- Expertise in managing and maintaining master data relevant to SAP FI and SAP SD, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the system.
- Practical knowledge of SAP integration, including cross-module integration (e.g., FI–SD–MM) and interfaces with external applications.
- Relevant academic background, in a related field.
- Several years of experience in SAP FI and/or SAP SD implementation, support, and upgrade projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and standard implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Agile) is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in hybrid teams, and commitment to professional ethics and quality-focused delivery.
