Role Description The Sr.

Sales Development

Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and initiating conversations with prospective customers in targeted trade verticals. Day-to-day activities include researching potential accounts, conducting discovery calls, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline.

SDR will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems, provide feedback on market trends, and support the development of sales strategies that align with ZenTrades.AI’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Sales skills to conduct discovery calls, present value propositions, and progress opportunities through the funnel.
- Candidates should possess Business Development skills to build relationships, understand customer needs, and contribute to long-term account growth.
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools, and working in a SaaS or technology-focused environment is beneficial.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets in a similar sales or SDR role is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
