We are looking for a Senior CEIPAL Administrator / End-to-End Implementation Specialist with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end CEIPAL implementation, configuration, automation, and US Staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Ceipal implementation and configuration
- Automate timesheets, payroll, contracts, and staffing workflows
- Manage employee, candidate, client, and vendor processes within Ceipal
- Configure and optimize Ceipal workflows based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics




- Manage system integrations and troubleshoot technical/process issues
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate US Staffing processes
- Work closely with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Operations, and Management teams
- Ensure accurate and efficient data management across the platform

Ideal Candidate

- 5+ years of experience in any ATS (Preferably CEIPAL) Administration / Implementation / Configuration
- Strong experience with end-to-end Ceipal implementation
- Hands-on experience in workflow automation and system configuration
- Knowledge of US Staffing processes, including timesheets, payroll, contracts, onboarding, and employee management
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process-improvement skills
- Ability to independently manage Ceipal and drive automation initiatives
