Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Architect to lead architectural design projects, manage teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure successful execution of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead architectural planning, concept development, and detailed design processes.

· Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, and project documentation.

· Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.

· Guide junior architects, draftsmen, and design teams.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.

· Ensure project designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.

· Monitor project schedules, design quality, and timely deliverables.

· Visit project sites for inspections, coordination, and execution support.

· Review construction drawings and resolve technical/design issues.

· Participate in project planning, budgeting, and material selection.

· Ensure smooth coordination between office design teams and site execution teams.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

· Master’s degree in Architecture will be an added advantage.

· Minimum 5–12 years of relevant professional experience.(Senior Architect)

· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.(Project Architect)

· Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction practices.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and MS Office.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Additional Responsibilities – Senior Architect

· Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously.

· Review concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed drawings prepared by project teams.

· Ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and compliance with project standards.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and approval authorities.

· Develop project strategies and monitor overall project progress.

· Guide project teams in resolving design and execution-related challenges.

· Conduct regular design reviews and internal coordination meetings.

· Approve drawings, presentations, and technical submissions before issue.

· Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

· Ensure effective coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

· Support management in business development and client relationship management.

· Participate in proposal preparation, project presentations, and design competitions.

· Review material specifications, finishes, and construction methodologies.

· Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure execution quality and design intent.





· Provide technical guidance during construction and execution stages.

· Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, zoning requirements, and building codes.

· Mentor junior architects, project architects, and interns within the organization.

· Assist management in establishing design standards and office procedures.

· Maintain strong communication with clients regarding project updates and approvals.

· Handle critical project decisions and coordinate with senior management when required.
