Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Language Models (VLMs), and other deep learning models for real-world applications.
- Build and integrate LLM/VLM-based pipelines, including RAG, document processing, information extraction, and AI-driven workflows.
- Apply prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization techniques to improve the accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI applications.
- Design and develop machine learning models for structured and unstructured data.
- Deploy and run LLMs using model-serving tools such as vLLM, Ollama, or similar technologies.
- Develop and integrate AI applications across the backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure
- Contribute to deployment, performance optimization, monitoring and productionization of AI applications.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering and full-stack application development, with practical experience building and deploying AI-powered applications.
- Strong academic background in Computer Science,



Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with hands-on experience using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs, VLMs, and deep learning models such as Llama, Qwen, Phi, Gemma, or similar open-source/open-weight models.
- Experience with LLM inference/model serving tools such as vLLM, Ollama, or similar.
- Experience with RAG pipelines and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
- Experience with FastAPI, Node.js, React.js, and integration with databases.
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a solid plus.
- Ability to take ownership of AI modules, make technical decisions, and drive solutions from development to production.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
