Role Description
This is a part time/ Full time, on-site role for a Speech Therapist located in Pune.
The Speech
Therapist will assess and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders, tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities include developing personalized therapy plans, implementing therapeutic interventions,
and collaborating with other professionals to support each child's development. Documenting progress and engaging with families to guide them through the therapeutic process are also key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- BASLP/ MASLP
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and handling speech difficulties
- Expertise in assessing and treating Communication Disorders
- Hands-on experience with managing and addressing Language Disorders
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward working with children
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's or master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy and a valid professional license or certification
- Language - Marathi/ Hindi
