About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager with strong exposure to the mandate real estate business. The role involves identifying and sourcing new property mandates, building relationships with developers and property owners, and driving opportunities that contribute to the company's real estate portfolio and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source new real estate mandates from developers, property owners, and channel partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, property owners, and key market contacts.

Understand project requirements, inventory, pricing, positioning, and commercial terms.

Generate recent sourcing opportunities through networking, market research, references, and industry connections.

Conduct regular market mapping to identify upcoming and existing real estate projects.

Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of mandates.

Negotiate and coordinate commercial terms, agreements, and other requirements with developers/owners.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential mandates and provide regular updates on sourcing activities.

Track market trends, competitor activity, project launches,



and developer movements.

Ensure proper documentation and timely closure of mandate onboarding.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sourcing and mandate acquisition targets.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, mandate acquisition, business development, or developer relations.

Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market and local developer ecosystem.

Existing network of developers, property owners, channel partners, or real estate stakeholders will be an advantage.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Ability to independently identify and close new sourcing opportunities.

Good understanding of real estate projects, inventory, pricing, and market dynamics.

Target-oriented with strong follow-up and execution skills.

Ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

Someone who has strong market connections, understands how mandate-based real estate works, and can independently bring new projects/mandates into the business. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-connected in the market, and comfortable with developer-level conversations and negotiations.
