Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kodambakkam. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns to promote Magicbox’s animated content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels. The specialist will create and publish engaging social media posts, coordinate with design and animation teams for assets, and maintain a consistent brand voice tailored to parents and children.

Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content and posting schedules,



managing community interactions, and responding to comments and messages. The role also involves staying updated on trends in children’s content and digital marketing, contributing ideas for new campaigns, and supporting broader marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience managing social media channels for brands, preferably in entertainment, education, or children’s content.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to improve campaign performance.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
