Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support SoulMitra AI’s online presence and community engagement across multiple social media platforms. This full-time remote role involves creating and scheduling social media content, assisting in campaign planning, and monitoring engagement metrics to optimize performance. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming and producing posts, stories, and short-form videos, collaborating with the team to align content with brand voice and mental health sensitivity, and responding to comments or messages to foster a supportive community.





The intern will also help with basic market research, track trends in digital and social media, and provide regular reports and insights to improve outreach and awareness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, reels/shorts) and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to create engaging, sensitive, and inclusive content related to mental health and wellness.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Interest in mental health, psychology, or social impact initiatives; prior experience in content or social media roles is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
