About The Role As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you will own our social media strategy from content planning to paid campaigns. You will manage content calendars, grow online communities, write engaging scripts and copy, and run high-performing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns that deliver reach, leads, and ROI.

What You'll Do

Social Media Strategy & Community Management

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Schedule and publish content at the right times to maximize reach and engagement
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community
- Track social media trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry updates
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels

Meta Ads & Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
- Define target audiences based on campaign objectives and customer profiles
- Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, ad formats, and copy
- Track KPIs such as Reach, CTR, CPC, CPL, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
- Optimize budgets, fix underperforming campaigns, and scale what works

Content,



Scripts & Copywriting

- Write scripts for Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and promotional ads
- Create captions, headlines, ad copy, and strong call-to-action lines
- Turn products and services into engaging social media stories and campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor organic and paid performance across platforms
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear, actionable insights
- Use data to recommend improvements for future campaigns

What We're Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or social media management
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
- Strong copywriting and script-writing skills in English
- Valuable understanding of social media analytics and campaign metrics
- Creativity, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Good to have:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
- Meta Blueprint Certification
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency
