Role Description The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for managing and growing The Peppy Box’s presence across social media platforms in a full time, on-site role based in Chennai. Daily tasks include planning and scheduling posts, creating engaging content aligned with brand guidelines, and monitoring platform performance and audience engagement. The role involves collaborating with design and marketing teams to develop campaigns, respond to comments and messages, and support community building initiatives.

The Social Media

Marketer will track analytics, prepare performance reports,



and suggest data-driven improvements to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. The position may also support influencer collaborations, social contests, and brand storytelling initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in social media content creation, caption writing, and visual storytelling across major platforms.
- Experience in social media strategy, campaign planning, and audience engagement to support brand growth.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics, interpret data, and optimize content and posting schedules.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including brand positioning and online customer journeys.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
