Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee the daily management of client social media accounts, including planning, creating, and publishing content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This full-time, on-site role in Jalandhar involves developing content calendars, optimizing posts for engagement and reach, and monitoring analytics to refine strategy. The person in this role will collaborate with the creative and production teams to integrate professional shoots, motion graphics, and podcast content into social campaigns.

Responsibilities include community management, responding to messages and comments,



coordinating with clients on approvals, and staying current with social media trends and platform updates.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns and maximize reach and engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to create consistent, brand-aligned, and compelling content for multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective client coordination, team collaboration, and audience engagement.
