Urban Creatives is looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Intern to support content planning, creation and execution for brands.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and manage social media content calendars
- Create ideas for Reels, posts, carousels and Stories
- Research current social media trends and identify relevant formats
- Assist with content shoots and influencer/creator coordination
- Support short-form video creation, voiceovers and basic editing
- Write captions and social media copy
- Research competitors, creators and emerging content trends
- Monitor content performance and social media insights
- Support day-to-day social media execution for client brands

Who We’re Looking For
- Must be based in Pune




- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
- Actively follows social media trends
- Creative, curious and willing to experiment
- Positive communication and writing skills
- Comfortable working on content shoots and coordinating with creators
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools is a plus
- Students, freshers and aspiring social media professionals are welcome
