High On Sales (HOS) is a premium personal branding agency. We help coaches, consultants and advisors grow their presence on Instagram and LinkedIn, and turn that attention into real business.

Our clients don't care about vanity numbers. They want inbound leads, booked calls, and authority in their niche. That's what we build for them.

About the role:

We're looking for a fresher who loves content, social media and shoots, and wants to learn how strong personal brands are built from the inside.

You'll run the day-to-day of our clients' Instagram accounts. That means every piece of content goes live at the right time, every post gets proper engagement, and no DM goes unanswered. You'll also do the research that our creative strategist uses to write scripts and hooks. Your work will have a direct effect on how fast our clients grow.

What you'll do

- Uploading and scheduling: Upload and schedule content on every client's Instagram account, so each post goes out at the right time, in full quality, with the correct caption.
- First-level engagement: Reply to comments and engage with the right accounts on every post, so the content gets the early push it needs.
- DMs and community: Manage DMs and community engagement every day, for client accounts and for our own accounts.
- Content research: Track what's working in our clients' niches,



collect references and inspiration, and keep our inspiration sheet updated. Our creative strategist builds scripts and hooks from this research, so it matters a lot.
- Shoot support in Delhi: When we shoot in Delhi, you'll be there on the day to help the client and the team and make sure the shoot runs smoothly.

Who we're looking for:

- A fresher or recent graduate who is serious about a career in content and social media
- Based in Delhi NCR, so you can be present for shoots
- You must own an iPhone. Instagram keeps video quality intact when uploading from an iPhone, and our clients' content has to look sharp. If you use an Android phone, please don't apply.
- You spend real time on Instagram and notice why some content works and some doesn't
- You're organised and reliable. A missed upload is a missed opportunity for a client.
- You can write warm, professional replies and DMs on behalf of someone else
- You have your own laptop

Where this role can take you:

This is an entry point into the personal branding space. If you do well, you can grow into a Social Media Strategist or Content Strategist role with us.

Working details:

- Working days: Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays
- Working hours: Your choice of 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a 45-minute lunch break
- Work mode: Hybrid. You'll mostly work remotely, and you'll be on-site in Delhi for shoots and when needed.
- Equipment: You'll use your own laptop.
