Social Media ManagerWe’re looking for someone who actually understands social media — not just someone who knows how to post.

If you’re always noticing trends, saving reel ideas, thinking of better captions, and wondering how brands can make their content less boring, you’ll probably fit right in.

What You’ll Do

- Plan monthly content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Come up with fresh post, carousel and reel ideas based on trends and the brand’s audience.
- Write simple, catchy captions, hooks and content briefs.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to get content created properly.
- Give explicit references and explain exactly how a post or reel should look.
- Schedule and publish content on time.
- Manage comments, DMs and basic community interaction.
- Keep an eye on trending formats, sounds, memes and content styles.
- Track what’s working — reach, engagement, followers, saves, shares, etc.
- Suggest new ideas to improve the brand’s social media presence.
- Make sure the page looks consistent, active and actually worth following.

What We’re Looking For
- Someone who is creative,



internet-aware and understands Gen-Z content.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and current social media trends.
- Strong communication and basic copywriting skills.
- Ability to understand different brands and create content accordingly.
- Good sense of aesthetics — you should know when something looks clean and when it looks messy.
- Comfortable working with designers, editors and the marketing team.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics.
- Canva / basic editing knowledge is a plus.
- AI tools knowledge is definitely a plus.

ExperienceFreshers with strong social media knowledge can apply. Experience is great, but good ideas, creativity and execution matter more.
