Key Responsibilities

- Write scripts for reels and live sessions, including supporting video editing requirements.
- Create engaging captions for all social media platforms.
- Prepare monthly Instagram and LinkedIn content calendars.
- Schedule and publish content on all social media platforms promptly.
- Engage with niche profiles by posting at least 10 relevant comments daily.
- Manage replies and direct messages before posting hours to maintain active social media accounts.
- Research and identify relevant niche influencers for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor engagement metrics, follower growth, and individual post performance through regular analytics.
- Create or coordinate the development of visually appealing posts, carousels, and stories with graphic designers.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all posts, captions, and audience interactions.
- Coordinate with brands and influencers for collaborations, cross-promotion, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify trends, strategies, and opportunities.
- Build and engage the online community through polls, Q&A; sessions,



interactive stories, and other engagement activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, HR, sales, and other departments on social media and content initiatives.
- Set and work toward monthly and quarterly KPIs for followers, subscribers, engagement, and other social media metrics.
