As we scale our products and brand, we are looking for someone who can make Legitquest and LIBIL more visible, memorable, and relevant across the internet.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and hands-on Social Media Manager/Specialist to own the social media strategy and execution.

This is a strategy + execution role.

You will be responsible for building our social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms, while developing distinct content strategies for the company, founders, leadership, and employees.

A major part of this role will be building founder-led and employee-led social media. You should be comfortable turning ideas, conversations, industry developments, customer insights, data, opinions, and everyday company moments into content people actually want to consume and share.

We are not looking for someone who simply creates a content calendar and posts pre-designed creatives.

We are looking for someone who can spot stories, develop ideas, create content, experiment with formats, understand internet culture, build distribution, and continuously improve what works.

If you are highly curious, creatively obsessed, comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoy turning complex topics into compelling content, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy

- Own the overall social media strategy for Legitquest and LIBIL.




- Develop platform-specific strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

Founder Led & Employee Led Socials

- Turn founder insights, opinions, experiences, customer conversations, company milestones, and industry perspectives into high-quality content.
- Identify employees and subject matter experts who can become authentic voices for Legitquest and LIBIL.

Content Creation & Execution

- Ideate, write, produce, publish, and distribute content across platforms.
- Create content across formats including: Short-form videos, Reels, YouTube videos, LinkedIn posts, Carousels, Memes, Threads etc.
- Work with internal teams where required.
- Be comfortable creating content yourself rather than relying entirely on external teams.

Brand Awareness

- Make complex topics across legal intelligence, litigation, risk, compliance, due diligence, AI, and legal technology understandable and interesting.
- Develop content that establishes Legitquest and LIBIL as credible voices in the legal, risk, compliance, financial services, and technology ecosystem.
- Turn company milestones, customer stories, data, research, reports, and product developments into compelling social narratives.

Creative Campaigns

- Experiment with unconventional formats, storytelling techniques, collaborations, and distribution strategies.
- Think beyond “posting content” and find creative ways to make people talk about Legitquest and LIBIL.

Content Distribution & Growth

- Understand how content distribution works differently across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with relevant creators, industry experts, employees, customers, and communities.
- Continuously test hooks, formats, topics, posting strategies, and distribution mechanisms.

Analytics & Experimentation





- Monitor metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, video views, follower growth, shares, saves, profile visits, and website traffic.
- Identify patterns in high-performing content.
- Run structured experiments to improve content performance.

What we are looking for?

- 3–6 years of experience in Social Media, Content, Brand, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience building social media presence for a company, founder, executive, or personal brand.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn and at least 2–3 other major platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, X, or Facebook.
- Strong understanding of founder-led and employee-led social media.
- Comfortable working directly with founders, leadership, and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to move quickly from idea → execution → distribution → measurement → iteration.
- High ownership and ability to operate independently in a rapid-growing startup.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with B2B SaaS, FinTech, LegalTech, RegTech, AI, enterprise technology, or other complex products.
- Experience building a founder's LinkedIn or social media presence from scratch.
- Experience building employee advocacy programs.
- Experience growing a YouTube channel or short-form video presence.
- Experience working with creators or influencers.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup where you had to build the social function from scratch.

Compensation Range: INR 4,80,000 to INR 7,20,000
