Role overview

We're looking for a creative, organised and result-driven Social Media Manager to plan, execute and grow our social media presence and our clients' presence across platforms. This is an on-site role at our Shahibaug office, and we need someone who can join quickly.

Key responsibilities

- Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms
- Create, schedule and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and carousels
- Write strong captions, hooks and copy that match each brand's voice
- Coordinate with video editors and designers to deliver content on time
- Track trends,



hashtags and competitor activity, and turn them into content ideas
- Monitor performance (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare regular reports
- Engage with followers and manage comments, messages and community interaction
- Support paid promotions and campaign execution where required

Requirements

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in social media management
- A good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook algorithms and best practices
- Strong written communication and creative copywriting skills
- Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools, and basic familiarity with short-form video/reels
- Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite or similar)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- A portfolio or sample accounts you have managed

Good to have

- Experience with Meta Ads
- Basic video editing skills
- Experience at a media, marketing or digital agency
