Role Description The Social Media Management Intern will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media activities for various brands on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling posts, assisting with content creation, optimizing captions and hashtags, engaging with audiences through comments and messages, and tracking basic performance metrics. The intern will also help in developing content calendars, brainstorming creative concepts,



and coordinating with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with the creative and strategy teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to help plan content calendars and align posts with campaign goals.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics tools and platform insights is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in branding, digital marketing, and creative storytelling; prior internship or project experience in social media is an advantage.
