Bee Online Communication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to join our team!

? What You’ll Do

- Manage multiple personal and business social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, videos and scripts.
- Manage LinkedIn personal branding for senior professionals and thought leaders.
- Research trends, competitors and content opportunities to drive engagement and growth.
- Manage publishing, comments, DMs and overall audience engagement.
- Repurpose content across platforms while maintaining the right brand voice.
- Track social media KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Support community building, newsletters, polls, Q&As; and other engagement activities.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity across content ideation, scripting, editing and social media management.

? What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience.
- Robust knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube.
- Excellent copywriting,



storytelling and content creation skills.
- Experience in video scripting and basic-to-mid-level creative direction.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and content calendars simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and productivity.
- Proactive, creative and detail-oriented approach.

⭐ Good to Have

- Canva / CapCut / Adobe experience.
- Knowledge of YouTube & LinkedIn SEO.
- Experience in personal branding and community building.
