Social Media Executive

Exp : 3 to 5 Years

Location : Ahmedabad

We are looking for a creative, growth-oriented, and data-driven Social Media & Community Growth Executive to build and scale our brand presence across social platforms and digital communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and growth goals.
- Grow and manage channels including LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, Tiktok and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to create engaging visuals, images, and videos for social media campaigns.
- Create engaging written, visual, video, and interactive content around product features, use cases, customer stories, and industry trends.
- Build and nurture communities across Reddit, LinkedIn, Product Hunt, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, and relevant industry communities.
- Use AI tools for content ideation, research, content creation, repurposing, and productivity while maintaining brand authenticity.
- Track and optimize key metrics including follower growth, engagement, reach, traffic, signups, and conversions.
- Monitor competitors, trends, and social conversations to identify current growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams on integrated campaigns.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, community building, and audience growth.
- Proven experience growing social presence for SaaS, technology, startups, or digital-first brands.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, communication, and content strategy skills.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content and marketing tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to test, analyze, and optimize strategies.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable social media or community growth.

Preferred

- B2B SaaS or product-led growth experience.
- Service or Client side experience, but enthusiastic to work with Product
- Thought leadership or personal branding experience.
