Role Description This is a full-time, in office Social Media Content Creator role based in Kolkata. The role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to strengthen the company’s brand presence and communicate real estate offerings effectively.

The Social Media Content

Creator will manage daily posting schedules, write captions and copy, source or produce visuals, and monitor audience engagement and feedback. The role includes collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and adjusting content strategies accordingly.



The individual will also stay updated with social media trends and best practices to ensure the company’s online presence remains relevant and impactful.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, including writing clear and engaging copy, developing basic visual concepts, and adapting content to different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Candidates should possess skills in social media management, such as scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic digital marketing and analytics, including understanding audience targeting, tracking key metrics, and using insights to improve content performance.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, sales, and design teams, and to understand customer needs and preferences.
