We're hiring a Growth & Distribution Marketer (News Content + Growth) at AM:PM.

AM:PM is short-form news for people who left the news behind. Every story gets two sides: The Take and The Flip. We're pre-launch and building our growth engine from zero.

This is for you if you already know why a reel blew up before anyone explains it. If you follow the news, study trends and digital media for fun, and have opinions on why some content travels and some dies.

No years of experience needed. Curiosity and speed matter more. We'll teach you the rest: how algorithms work, how to engineer reach, how to seed something so it spreads, how to reverse-engineer virality and rebuild it on purpose.

What you'll do

•⁠ ⁠Work on our news content directly: pick the stories, find the hook, shape the Take and the Flip for reels, carousels and posts

•⁠ ⁠Come up with recent content IPs: recurring formats, series and characters that make AM:PM recognisable

•⁠ ⁠Study why content spreads, then make ours spread





•⁠ ⁠Seed stories across groups and communities

•⁠ ⁠Push the signals the algorithm rewards: saves, shares, watch time, early velocity

•⁠ ⁠Test daily, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does

•⁠ ⁠You read the news daily and can say what's worth covering and why

•⁠ ⁠You have ideas for formats or series of your own (and have maybe tried one)

•⁠ ⁠You've posted, run or grown something of your own, and can show us the numbers

•⁠ ⁠You learn by doing, not reading
