Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in Surat for Social Media Handling at Argos Watch. The intern will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and publishing posts, engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring brand mentions.

Responsibilities include creating visually appealing and brand-aligned content, coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns, and tracking basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth. The intern will help maintain a consistent brand voice, support community building efforts,



and assist in brainstorming new ideas to increase awareness and interest in Argos Watch.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and execute Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation activities across major platforms.
- Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, especially for consumer lifestyle or fashion products.
- Robust Copywriting Experience
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and engaging style suited to social media audiences.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and trends, and interest in staying updated on platform changes.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design; familiarity with simple content creation tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing) is beneficial.
- Organizational skills to manage posting schedules and respond promptly to audience interactions.
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for watches, fashion, or lifestyle brands and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Surat.
