Roles & Responsibilities
- Good technical knowledge of refractories and castable used in steel making, reheating, and heat treatment furnaces.
- Knowledge of the ingot casting refractory will be an added advantage.
- Good technical know-how on the application of refractory.
- Good technical knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
- Positive communication skills.
- Shall have hands-on experience in refractory application in alloy and stainless-steel industry of similar nature.
- Working exposure in reheating, heat treatment and box furnace will be an added advantage.
- Shall be conversant with the testing norms for the refractories.
- Shall have good analytical skills and shall take a key lead in improvement initiatives.

Qualification - Diploma in Engineering (Ceramic)
