About the Role

DocGrow is seeking a highly driven Social Media Executive to elevate the digital presence of our healthcare clients. In this role, you will be on the front lines of client management, working directly with doctors and clinic owners to build data-driven, compliant, and highly engaging social media campaigns. If you have a strong foundation in media planning and Social Media Optimization (SMO), and thrive in a hybrid, collaborative environment, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Client & Campaign Management: Work closely with doctors and clinic owners to manage daily social media activities across platforms, ensuring all content aligns perfectly with their overarching brand strategy.
- Content & Media Planning: Design, coordinate, and execute structured, performance-focused media plans tailored for the healthcare sector.
- Social Media Optimization (SMO): Proactively optimize social media performance, adjusting campaigns on the fly to maximize reach, engagement, and patient conversion.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using social media analytics tools, draw actionable insights, and generate basic performance reports for clients.
- Compliance & Collaboration:



Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure all published content adheres strictly to healthcare compliance standards and regulations.
- Community Engagement: Respond promptly to audience interactions, building trust and maintaining a professional, empathetic tone on behalf of our medical clients.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: BBA or MBA preferred (or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field/equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 1+ year of proven experience in Social Media Marketing, SMO, and digital presence growth.
- Technical Skills: Strong capabilities in Media Planning, campaign structuring, and hands-on experience with social media analytics tools.
- Work Style: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Ahmedabad (hybrid model).
- Bonus Points: Previous experience working in healthcare, health-tech, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.
