- Manage overall activities related to heat for EAF, LF, VD, VOD operation and lead the group in a shift with safe working operations.
- Need to have good knowledge about clean steel making and have prior experience in reputed alloy steel plant.
- Experience in stainless steel making and Ingot casting will be an added advantage.
- Need to demonstrate effective implementation of quality management system in the workplace.
- Shall know effective monitoring mechanism for raw material and consumables inventory management.
6 Shall have a drive for cost reduction and continual improvement initiatives.
- Shall be able to guide team members for root cause analysis in case of process/product deviations.
- Shall have valuable analytical skill and shall take key lead in improvement initiatives.
- Shall be well conversant with MS Office and ERP system.
