Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure smooth execution of assigned works at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and subcontractors, coordinating site activities, monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate and allocate work to workers, subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and instructions from the engineering team.
- Monitor daily work progress and report site activities to the project management team.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and other departments for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper availability and utilization of materials, tools and equipment.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with required quality standards.




- Identify site-level issues and coordinate with engineers for timely resolution.
- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
- Maintain daily work records and assist in preparation of progress reports.
- Coordinate sequencing of activities to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the work area.
- Support engineers and project management in achieving project targets.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.
- Experience in large-scale building, hospital or infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction activities and site execution.
- Experience supervising workers and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction safety and quality practices.
- Strong communication, coordination and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction workplace.
